OASIS Plus Small Business

The Chief Information Officer–Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Small Business Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a ten (10) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This contract is intended to provide information technology (IT) solutions and services as defined in FAR 2.101(b) and further clarified in the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996.
These IT solutions and services include, but are not limited to, health and biomedical-related IT services to meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements. The contract also contains general IT services partly because medical systems are increasingly integrated within a broader IT architecture, requiring a systems approach to their implementation and a sound infrastructure for their operation.
OASIS is a Best in Class (BIC), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracting vehicle designed to address a full range of service requirements for Federal agencies that integrate multiple professional service disciplines and ancillary services/products. The services provided under OASIS are intended to meet the professional service mission requirements of all Federal agencies, including all organizations within the Department of Defense (DoD) and National Security Community.

SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG)
SeaPort-NxG is the U.S. Navy’s contract vehicle for support services in 23 functional areas, including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), Military Sealift Command (MSC), and the United States Marine Corps (USMC) compete their service requirements through the vehicle. The engineering services category covers 12 disciplines, and the program management category encompasses 11 functional areas, including financial analysis and budget support, quality assurance, and computer systems analysis.

VA T4NG – Department of Veterans Affairs
The Department of Veterans Affairs Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (VA T4NG) is a five-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract covering the full range of IT services and support. ArcSource is partnered with both service-disabled Veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) and large business primary contractors to provide our capabilities through T4.
VA T4NG Service Areas include Program Management, Strategy, Enterprise Architecture and Planning Support; Systems/Software Engineering; Software Technology Demonstration and Transition; Test and Evaluation; Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V); Enterprise Network; Enterprise Management Framework; Cyber Security; Operations and Maintenance (O&M); Training; and IT Facilities. Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) J6 Enterprise Technology Services (JETS)
The DLA is the Department of Defense’s combat logistics support agency, providing worldwide logistics support in both peacetime and wartime to the military services as well as several civilian agencies and foreign countries. The DLA JETS program will provide DLA Information Operations (J6) the full range of information technology services to develop, maintain, and protect the applications, software, hardware, and systems that support DLA’s mission as the combat logistics support agency to the U.S. military services. ArcSource Group is a subcontractor on this contract.
