CMS ensures high standards of quality for the health and safety of Medicare beneficiaries. It was critical to CMS’ success that CLIA surveyors demonstrate the ability to survey clinical laboratories for compliance in accordance with CLIA regulations and cite deficiencies as appropriate, using the outcome- oriented survey process. In conjunction with our partners, ArcSource Group recorded a video that mimics components of a CLIA audit. This video was shot in several locations, used storyboarding to design the frames of each shoot, and was accompanied by a WBT complete with closed captioning and voice-over talent.
