ArcSource Group provides portfolio-level technical and functional support to the BUMED Headquarters Project Management Office (PMO).  This includes management of BUMED’s largest healthcare portfolio, the Special Programs and Core Portfolio; executed with approximately $330M of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) funds each fiscal year. This support includes a fully simulated walk-through of the process flow for each specific service. ArcSource created an intricate task analysis to ensure all steps are included and accurate. After learners view a demonstration of each step with highlighted screen captures and expert tips, they can perform the steps themselves in a simulated environment with guided support. The project team’s Portfolio Optimization efforts have resulted in improved operational efficiencies and cost savings across the financial management environment.
