Instructional Design

The ArcSource approach to Instructional Design is guided by project management methodology and driven by a proven ADDIE design cycle: analyze, design.develop, implement, evaluate. The unique aspect of ArcSource Group’s ADDIE approach is the enhancement to the standard model by adding a sixth phase, “Sustain,” to create a 360-degree model we call Training360™. We apply this approach and associated processes to all ISD tasks to assess our clients' needs and requirements, and produce top-notch courses.
Our courses are customized and created to reflect our client’s unique work culture and business. We include industry-specific case studies; add organizational processes or documentation into existing training to achieve targeted customized course offerings. Courses can be onsite instructor-led training, virtual learning by instructors or independent learning via computer-based training (CBT). Our objective for every engagement is to maximize the retention of knowledge and application of skills to improve job performance throughout all levels of the organization.



Our instructor-led or virtual training and facilitation is provided by professional instructors, facilitators and trained trainers hired specifically for each client’s industry and training requirements. We offer a variety of technical and non-technical training in addition to our custom development solutions. We can also provide a trainer to present your existing training courses. Our instructors can train at your location or in one of our training facilities.


Evaluation is crucial to assessing the effectiveness of training, and so, throughout all of our course development, training and coaching processes we are constantly gathering data and applying proven metrics.  ArcSource utilizes a full evaluation cycle in order to measure reaction, retention, application, and performance and thus validate and verify course and training effectiveness.
